Celebrate the fall season with this creamy Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail! This classic White Russian recipe features a pumpkin spice twist, made with Franzese Pumpkin Spice Gelato Mix, that makes it perfect for Thanksgiving festivities. It’s a smooth cocktail that’s easy to make and even easier to sip on!
ingredients for the pumpkin spice cream
- ¾ cup half and half (can substitute milk, heavy cream or dairy free milk)
- ¼ cup Franzese Pumpkin Spice Gelato Mix
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz Kahlua (can substitute your favorite coffee liqueur)
directions
- In a mason jar or glass measuring cup combine the half and half with the pumpkin spice gelato mix. If using a mason jar, place the lid on and shake to combine. If using a measuring cup whisk together thoroughly to combine.
- In a cocktail glass add ice, vodka and kahlua and stir to combine. Pour the pumpkin spice half and half on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
